in section 36(3)(d)12 (welfare of certain children in hospitals and nursing homes etc.), for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and

b

in section 38(1)(b)13 (short-term refuges for children at risk of harm), for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
