79.  In regulation 3.F.6 (calculating amounts of transfer payments)—

(a) in paragraph (4)(b)(ii)—

(i) for “10” substitute “14”; and

(ii) for “1995” substitute “2011”; and

(b) in paragraph (4)(b)(iii)—

(i) for “19” substitute “26”; and

(ii) for “1995” substitute “2011”.
