Ordinary cause personal injuries procedure
5.—(1) Appendix 3 (schedule of timetable under the personal injuries procedure)(1) to the Ordinary Cause Rules is amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.
(2) In the third row of the timetable, for “executing” substitute “serving”.
