Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 19701 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 21(7E)2 of that Act they have consulted with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
