The Budget (Scotland) Act 2011 Amendment Order 2011
Made
Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Budget (Scotland) Act 20111 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 7(2)2 of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2011 Amendment Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order, “the 2011 Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2011.
Amendment of section 3 of the 2011 Act2
In section 3 (overall cash authorisations) of the 2011 Act—
a
in paragraph (a) (Scottish Administration), for “£30,179,474,000” substitute “£30,704,780,000”;
b
in paragraph (b) (Forestry Commissioners), for “£71,400,000” substitute “£65,900,000”; and
c
