7. The following regulations are revoked:—
(a)the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Regulations 2008(1);
(b)the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008(2);
(c)the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009(3);
(d)the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010(4);
(e)the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2010(5).
