Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74(1), (2) and (3) and 316(1) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 M1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In deciding to make this Order, the Scottish Ministers have had regard to the matters mentioned in section 74(4) of that Act.
The Scottish Ministers have carried out consultation in accordance with section 74(5) of that Act.
