For regulation 12 (minimum payment) substitute—

“Minimum payment12.

The minimum amount of less favoured area support payable by the Scottish Ministers under these Regulations (prior to the deduction of any penalty under Commission Regulation 65/2011) is £385 in respect of a Scheme Year.”.
