Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(11) and (12) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 44 of, and paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072, they have consulted with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
