24. No person may bring a consignment of products that does not comply with the import requirements of these Regulations into a warehouse in a free zone, a free warehouse (which have the same meaning as in Title IV, Chapter 3, section 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code M1) or a customs warehouse.
