A person commits an offence if the person—

without reasonable cause, fails to give any person acting in execution of these Regulations F5or the F9Official Controls Regulation any assistance or information that that person may reasonably require for the purpose of carrying out functions under these Regulations F5or the F9Official Controls Regulation;

without reasonable excuse fails to comply with any of the following provisions—
