The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 67(2) and (3)(b) and 316(1)(b) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 20091 and sections 25(1)(b) and (2) and 165(1)(b) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 20102 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
