This Order brings section 125 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (“the Act”) fully into force on 1st November 2012. Section 125 amends the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 to insert Chapter 5A which makes provisions about the reorganisation of restricted funds. Section 125 was commenced by the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2010 (S.S.I. 2010/321) on 1st October 2010 for the purpose only of making subordinate legislation.
Sections 103, 109, 132, 133 and 134 of the Act came into force on Royal Assent (28th April 2010).
