This Order brings into force on 19thSeptember 2012 paragraph 10(2)(a) of schedule1 to the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 providing that the function of the National Convener under paragraph24 of schedule1 to that Act (National Convener’s annual report) may not be delegated.
