Except as provided in paragraph 6, a premium specified in Part 4 of this Schedule is, for the purposes of regulations 21(d) (applicable amount) and 22(e) (applicable amount: polygamous marriages), applicable to an applicant who satisfies the conditions specified in paragraphs 9 to 14 which relate to that premium.S
