Any arrears of supplementary pension which is disregarded under paragraph 53 (supplementary armed forces pension) of Schedule 4 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) or of any amount which is disregarded under paragraph 54 (pensions under the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983) or 55 (older armed forces pensions) of that Schedule, but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt of the arrears.
