48.  Any payment made by a local authority under section 3 of the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1958(1) to homeworkers assisted under the Blind Homeworkers’ Scheme.

Section 3 was amended in relation to England and Wales by paragraph 6 of Schedule 23 to the Local Government Act 1972 (c.70), Schedule 3 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (c.42) and Schedule 30 to the Local Government Act 1972 (c.70).
