50. Any sum of capital administered on behalf of a person in accordance with an order made under section 13 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995, or under Rule 36.14 of the Ordinary Cause Rules 1993 in Schedule 1 to the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907 M1 or under Rule 128 of those Rules, where such sum derives from—S
(a)an award of damages for a personal injury to that person; or
(b)compensation for the death of one or both parents where the person concerned is under the age of 18.
