The amount of any payment, other than a war disablement pension, a war widow's pension or a war widower's pension to compensate for the fact that the applicant, the applicant's partner, the applicant's deceased spouse or deceased civil partner or the applicant's partner's deceased spouse or deceased civil partner—S
(a)was a slave labourer or a forced labourer;
(b)suffered property loss or suffered personal injury; or
(c)was a parent of a child who had died,
during the Second World War.
