SCHEDULE 3 S Sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings

19.—(1) Where an applicant's [F1 family includes at least one child or young person], £15 of any payment of aliment or maintenance, whether under a court order or not, which is made or due to be made by the applicant's spouse, civil partner, former spouse or former civil partner or the applicant's partner's spouse, civil partner, former spouse or former civil partner. S

(2) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1), where more than one aliment or maintenance payment is to be taken into account in any week, all the aliment or maintenance payments must be aggregated and treated as if they were a single payment.
