The Council Tax Reduction (State Pension Credit) (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 3 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. 3. Any premises which the applicant intends to occupy as the applicant's home to which essential repairs or alterations are required in order to render them fit for occupation, for a period of 26 weeks from the date on which the applicant first takes steps to effect those repairs or alterations, or such longer period as is necessary to enable those repairs or alterations to be carried out.S
