Producing in an industrial installation—

(a) pulp from timber or other fibrous materials,

(b) paper or card board if the production capacity is more than 20 tonnes per day,

(c) if the production capacity is more than 600 m3 per day, one or more of the following wood-based panels:—

(i) fibreboard,

(ii) orientated strand board, or

(iii) particleboard,
