The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 M1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “regulation 7 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “ regulation 11 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012 ”.
