sub-paragraphs (g), (l), (r), and (u) do not apply to an application for a permit to operate a Part B installation or mobile plant, and for such an application the reference to emissions into each environmental medium in paragraph 1(1)(h) is to be read as a reference to emissions into the air, and

sub-paragraphs (l), (m), (r) and (u) do not apply to an application for a permit to operate a solvents installation.
