This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2)(c) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 20021 and all other powers enabling Her Majesty to do so.
In accordance with section 24(2) of that Act2 a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2012.

This Order, except article 2(c), comes into force on the day after the day on which the Order is made.

Article 2(c) comes into force on the commencement (for all purposes) of section 14 (the Principal Reporter) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20113.
Amendment of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 20022
In Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Listed Authorities, Entries Amendable by Order in Council)—
