PART 3 S PROCEDURES LEADING TO THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT

Central purchasing bodies S

21.—(1) A utility may purchase work, works, goods or services from or through a central purchasing body.

(2) Where a utility makes purchases in accordance with paragraph (1), it must be deemed to have complied with these Regulations or, where appropriate, the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 M1 , to the extent that the central purchasing body has complied with them.
