7. In section 2(1) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (duty of authorities to publish information)(1) omit paragraphs (j) and (k).
1980 c.65. Section 2(1) has been amended by the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5), schedule 3, paragraph 10. There are other amendments to section 2 which are not relevant to this Order.
