The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27A(1), 27C, 30(1) and (3), 32, 34, 35, 35A, 35B(4) and (5), 35C(2), 36, 36A, 38(2)(b), 38A(1), 43, 43A, 59, 152 and 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 M1, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
