The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 43A(1)(a)(ii), (4), (10), (11), (13) and (17), 275 and 275A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19971 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
