Revocations, saving and transitional provisions24

Subject to paragraph (3), the provisions specified in paragraph (2) are revoked.

The provisions are—
a
the 2008 Regulations9;
b
regulation 5 of the Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 200910; and
c
regulation 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 201111.

In relation to a hearing session or inquiry session in respect of which notice is given under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1 (hearing session rules) of the 2008 Regulations before 30th June 2013—
a
Schedule 1 (hearing session rules) of the 2008 Regulations continues to have effect as it did immediately before that date; and
b
the Hearing Session Rules contained in these Regulations do not apply.

In this regulation “the 2008 Regulations” means the Town and Country Planning (Schemes of Delegation and Local Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008.
