18. In the Education (Student Loans for Tuition Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 M1, in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “EEA self-employed person” insert—
““EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;”.
