The Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 20019
In the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 M1, in regulation 27(1) (application and introduction of substances and products), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—
“EEA State” means a member State, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein;
