6. In section 9 of the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988 (interpretation)(1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “civil proceedings”, from “under”, where it first occurs, to the end substitute “made by virtue of section 93(2)(a), 94(2)(a) or 110(2) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 1) except in so far as the application relates to the ground mentioned in section 67(2)(j) of that Act;”.
