Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34, 151(6), 153(1), 162(7) and (8) and 195 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20111 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 197(2)2 of that Act a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
