In Schedule 1, in paragraph 28 (applicable amount: amount of transitional addition)5—
a
in sub-paragraph (3)(a) for “the applicant’s partner had not been treated” substitute “the relevant person had not been so treated”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (3)(b) for “treated” substitute “so treated”.
