The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Court of Session Act 19881, section 13(6A) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072, sections 6(9) and (10), 7(6), 8, 10 and 11 of the Justice and Security Act 20133 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
