Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 165(1) and 168(1) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 20101.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 3 and Consequential Provisions) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st November 2013.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010.
Appointed day2
1st November 2013 is appointed as the day for the coming into force of section 167 of the Act so far as relating to paragraph 4 of schedule 4 to the Act.
Revocations3
The Orders specified in column 1 of the Table in the Schedule are revoked.

The following provisions of the Act came into force on Royal Assent (10th March 2010) – sections 1, 2, 19, 64 to 66, 106, 133, 157, 165, 166 and 168. The provisions in the table below were brought into force by the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2010 (S.S.I. 2010/230) and the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011 (S.S.I. 2011/58).
