The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(4) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013(1).
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st December 2013.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for section 21(4) to (6) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 to come into force is 1st December 2013.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings section 21(4) to (6) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 into force on 1st December 2013.
The Bill for the Act received Royal Assent on 25th April 2013. Sections 1(1) (partially) and sections 4, 7, 9, 16, 19, 26, 32, 33, 35 and 36 and Schedules 2 and 4 came into force on that date. Sections 11, 12, 17, 18, 29 and 30 came into force on 25th June 2013.
