Regulation 3(3)
The EU instruments that must be construed as amended from time to time are—
(a)Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption(1);
(b)Council Directive 2001/110/EC relating to honey;
(c)Council Directive 2001/111/EC relating to certain sugars intended for human consumption;
(e)Regulation 1935/2004;
(f)Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the addition of vitamins and minerals and of certain other substances to foods(2);
(g)Regulation (EC) No 1332/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food enzymes and amending Council Directive 83/417/EEC, Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999, Directive 2000/13/EC, Council Directive 2001/112/EC and Regulation (EC) No 258/97(3);
(h)Regulation 1333/2008.
