This Order may be cited as the Whitehills Harbour and Marina (Constitution) Order 2013 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it was made.

The Whitehills Harbour Order 1895 and this Order may be together cited as the Whitehills Harbour Orders 1895 to 2013.
