Any transferred constable entitled, or accruing an entitlement, to temporary salary immediately before 1st April 2013 in accordance with a determination made under regulation 27 of the 2004 Regulations is, on that date, to be regarded as if entitled to or accruing entitlement in accordance with a determination made under regulation 19 of these Regulations.
