Amendment of the Council Tax Reduction (State Pension Credit) (Scotland) Regulations 2012

3.  In regulation 2 (interpretation)—

(a) in the definition of “attendance allowance” delete sub-paragraph (c); and

(b) in the definition of “official error” for “of a court” substitute “or a court”.
