Amendment of the Council Tax Reduction (State Pension Credit) (Scotland) Regulations 2012

5.  In regulation 27(1)(v) (meaning of “income”) for head (i) substitute—

“(i) owns, owns the freehold or leasehold interest in or is a tenant of the property in respect of which the rent is paid;”.
