Senior officer performance23.

The Authority must establish and maintain—

(a)

standards of performance for senior officers;

(b)

procedures for the assessment of senior officers’ compliance with those standards; and

(c)

procedures for the determination by the Authority of any case in which a senior officer’s compliance with those standards is in question.
