21.—(1) Regulation 2(interpretation) is amended as follows.
(2) For the definition of “family member” in paragraph (1) substitute—
““family member” means, in relation to any person—
their spouse or civil partner; or
their direct descendants or those of their spouse or civil partner who are—
under the age of 21; or
their dependants or those of their spouse or civil partner; or
their dependent direct relatives in the ascending line or those of their spouse or civil partner;”.
(3) In paragraph (3) for “paragraph 1(a)” substitute “paragraphs 1(a), 5(b), 6(a)(iii) and (b), 6A(a)(iii) and (b) and 7(c).
(4) In paragraph (4) for “paragraph 1(a)” substitute “paragraphs 1(a), 5(b), 6(a)(iii) and (b), 6A(a)(iii) and (b) and 7(c)”.
