Consequential amendments11

In the following provisions, for “the Food Safety (Sampling and Qualifications) Regulations 1990” substitute “ the Food Safety (Sampling and Qualifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 ”

a

paragraphs (10) and (11) of regulation 13 (analysis etc. of samples) of the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006 M1; and

b

paragraphs (10) and (11) of regulation 38 (analysis etc. of samples) of the Official Feed and Food Controls (Scotland) Regulations 2009 M2.
