1. This Order may be cited as the Tenant Information Packs (Assured Tenancies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 30th April 2013.
2. For the Schedule to the Tenant Information Packs (Assured Tenancies) (Scotland) Order 2013(1), substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
