The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A(3B)(a) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 20031 and section 13(3B)(a) of the Tenements (Scotland) Act 20042, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
