7. An offence under regulation 19(1) of the Landfill (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1) (landfill operators breaching certain prohibitions, criteria and requirements).

S.S.I. 2003/235, regulation 19 was amended by S.S.I. 2003/343 and paragraph 8 of schedule 2 to the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 8).
