Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) (Jurisdiction and Recognition of Judgments) (Scotland) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 16th December 2014.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.

In these Regulations “member State” means a member State of the European Union.
